Occo Be Soft Sandal Co, chooses UPS as shipping company. At this time, we are only using the ground/standard services. The cost will appear with your orders. Our UPS/USPS package will be delivered to your door. Occo Be Soft Sandal Co cannot assume responsibility for lost or missing shipments.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your purchase can be returned or exchanged, within 15 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following requirements:
The product is returned in its original packaging. There are no visible signs of wear and tear. A copy of your original receipt/invoice.
Please require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing at info@sandalsandflipflops.com the date of purchase, model reference and the invoice number.
Returns: To make a return, please ship to the address below. Make sure to include a printout of your return authorization number inside the box.
